Organizational Structure
The MPA is a 501 (c) 3, not-for-profit, organization. The members of the MPA are the full-time faculty from the KUSM-W departments of Family and Community Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Preventive Medicine and Public Health and Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

The MPA is governed by a Board of Trustees elected by the members at the annual membership meeting in October. The Board of Trustees elects a President and Secretary/Treasurer. The Board of Trustees meets quarterly. A six-member Executive Committee, comprised of the department chairs and one member-at-large, meets monthly to conduct the business of the MPA.
