As Executive Director of the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita Medical Practice Association welcome to the web site. The purpose of the web site is to provide information about our patient care, medical education and research activities.

The mission of the MPA is to engage in the continous active conduct of medical education, medical research and medical care.

Forty-one full-time faculty from the KU School of Medicine-Wichita departments of Family and Community Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Preventive Medicine and Public Health and Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences carry out the mission of the MPA.

The MPA employs about 80 people to provide nursing, medical records, practice support, case management, billing, and administrative support to the providers.

Our physicians, psychologists, and mid-level providers provide a valuable service in educating medical students and residents, providing care to patients and conducting research.
